Incorporated on December 21, 2020, it is a Mexican regional environmental fund whose main objective is to finance and/or operate conservation, sustainable use and climate change projects through the establishment of strategic alliances and joint work with civil society and organized communities in the states of Tabasco, Campeche, Yucatan and Quintana Roo.
